During your initial conversation with Aaron you will talk about your goals, past exercise experience, limitations, and scheduling needs. Based on these factors he will match you up with a personal trainer that fits your needs.

What to Expect in Your First Session

Your First Session – On Us!

Your first personal training session is completely free and lasts approximately 45 minutes to an hour. This session is all about getting to know you—your goals, your fitness background, and how we can create the perfect training program tailored just for you.

During your consultation, you and your trainer will discuss:
✅ The best session length for you (30 or 60 minutes)
✅ How many sessions per week fit your schedule and goals
✅ Ideal training times that work for your lifestyle
✅ Whether you’re training for a specific goal or looking for general fitness improvement
✅ Your fitness history and any past injuries
✅ How personal training can seamlessly integrate into your daily routine

After your consultation, you’ll step into the studio for an assessment or “screening” workout. The information gathered during this session will be the blueprint for planning a program specific to you and your goals!

Consistency is the key to lasting fitness results, and at Core Results, we’re here to help you stay on track. We recommend coming in at least twice a week.
