Nick Burke graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science. Over the past 15 years, he has gained extensive experience as an exercise physiologist and personal trainer working with a diverse client base that includes high school and college athletes and individuals recovering from knee, shoulder, and back injuries.
With a specialization in spine health, Nick collaborated with a team of physical therapists and clinicians to develop a comprehensive spine wellness program.
Nick is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and was asked to be a contributing editor on the latest edition of ‘ACSM’s Resources for the Personal Trainer’ textbook.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Nick has a passion for sailboat racing, playing music, photography, and art. Staying active is a fundamental part of his life, both in his career and in his personal interests. His holistic approach to fitness and wellness is rooted in a deep understanding of the body and a commitment to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
