Keegan is a dedicated personal trainer who specializes in helping individuals overcome consistency challenges and develop a positive relationship with fitness. After competing in Track and Field at Division 1 High Point University, Keegan transitioned into personal training with a deep understanding of both physical and mental obstacles, having personally struggled with hip and lower back pain, as well as body dysmorphia. His experience led him to pursue a self-driven approach to pain management and building confidence, which he now shares with clients.

Always committed to growth, Keegan is currently enhancing his expertise with certifications in “Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery” through Precision Nutrition and “Advanced Health Coaching” from the American Fitness Professionals Academy. Outside of the gym, he enjoys cooking, backpacking, and camping with his dog, Nyx. Keegan’s passion lies in empowering others to feel their best, both physically and mentally.
