“Human movement has played a key role in my life, beginning with his passion for playing basketball, baseball, and football. When I started weight training in high school it opened my eyes to how manipulating training variables can improve athletic performance and body composition. This interest led me to study health and human performance in college while competing as a bodybuilder and physique athlete. My accumulation of training knowledge over the years has led to multiple degrees, certifications, and a current full-time position managing a corporate fitness center. I enjoy leading an array of health improvement programs on the corporate side, but personal training has always been the reason I work in the fitness industry”.
David currently educates trainers and other fitness professionals about body mechanics, movement efficiency, along with developing strength and work capacity. “It’s rewarding to help my clients become better versions of themselves by implementing a progressive and systematic approach to exercise”. In his free time, he strives for a healthy and balanced life by spending time with friends and family, hiking, reading and practicing breathwork. He’s also an avid sports and music fan and is happiest when hanging out with his wife and dogs.
