“Human movement has played a key role in my life, beginning with his passion for playing basketball, baseball, and football. When I started weight training in high school it opened my eyes to how manipulating training variables can improve athletic performance and body composition. This interest led me to study health and human performance in college while competing as a bodybuilder and physique athlete. My accumulation of training knowledge over the years has led to multiple degrees, certifications, and a current full-time position managing a corporate fitness center. I enjoy leading an array of health improvement programs on the corporate side, but personal training has always been the reason I work in the fitness industry”.
With a lifelong passion for movement and athletics, David’s journey into fitness began with basketball, baseball, and football before discovering the transformative power of weight training in high school. This sparked his pursuit of a degree in health and human performance, alongside competing as a bodybuilder and physique athlete.
Now a corporate fitness center manager, David specializes in educating trainers and clients on body mechanics, movement efficiency, and strength development. His systematic approach to training helps individuals achieve their best selves. Outside the gym, he enjoys hiking, reading, breathwork, and spending time with his wife and dogs.
